Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course hiring dealers for return of live poker

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course is gearing up for the long-awaited return of live poker, announcing the recruitment of 30 poker dealers.

The casino jkt303 slot is offering positions to both novice and experienced poker dealers. Trainees will earn $13 per hour during their training period and will be able to retain their tips once training is completed.

The poker room at Hollywood Casino closed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and has remained shut since then. Earlier this year, the casino confirmed plans to revive live poker.

In January, Tony Frabbiele, vice president and general manager of operations at Hollywood Casino’s Pennsylvania properties, had expressed excitement about bringing back poker. It is something a lot of people want and Hollywood Casino wants to bring it back, he had said.

The new poker tables will be set up near the sportsbook entrance, a different location from the previous poker room. Initially, live Texas Hold’em poker games with various monetary spreads will be available from Friday through Sunday. The exact hours of operation are yet to be announced.

Frabbiele stated on Tuesday that Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course is looking to hire 30 poker dealers. Additionally, Hollywood Casino Morgantown, situated along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Caernarvon Township, Berks County, is also recruiting 20 poker dealers as it prepares to introduce live poker for the first time.
